Review of the corruption case

"Phra Phuttha Si Sappanyu" is the principal Buddha image in the Nakhon Sawan Buddha Park project. Construction began in 2005 and is scheduled to be completed in 2011. However, it is still incomplete to this day. There is a steel scaffolding structure around it.
